Appreciated coffee and a kettle in the room. The bedroom was great size, and the bed was comfy. The location out to a local cafe which was really good was favourable.

During our recent stay at the resort, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and extremely clean rooms. The king-sized beds were a true highlight, providing us with a comfortable and restful sleep. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with lots of little extras that made our stay even better than expected. The pool area was also a pleasant spot to relax, and we couldn't help but appreciate the beautiful gardens surrounding the resort. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The room was reasonably spacious and updated, I had great experience.

My room included a kitchen area and a good heating. The breakfast was great, well presented and with lots of options. The staff was exceptional plus the location was great.

We stayed at this resort for a weekend getaway and were extremely satisfied with the location. It was very convenient to have on-site snow gear hire and a variety of nearby restaurants and pubs. Our room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and modern-looking bathroom. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating to our requests.

The kitchen in our unit was quite small and lacked some basic facilities. However, this did not significantly detract from our overall experience at the resort.

Privacy

No dining available, no delivery service advised even though it exists in Mansfield and I was told it did not by your staff. Heating in room was marginal at best. Had to go out and get pizza, told owner they don't exist to the hotel even though they do deliver.Needs brochure in room.

Facilities of the place and close proximity to basicaly everywhere we wanted to go. I would be happy to stay in the Resort again if opportunity comes.

Convenient location, helpful staff, and clean facilities with heated pool and spa. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious shower. The hotel also accommodated our late check-in with clear instructions.

Nothing, it is perfect.

A very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, well situated in the lovely town of mansfield. everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. lots of activities for the kids and adults. would recommend to anyone thinking of going there.

The room was neat with a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave oven.

Great amenities and good location! We loved the pool and sauna, and the staff were really helpful. The local area was perfect for exploring the region, and we enjoyed visiting nearby attractions. The rooms also had pretty decent kitchen facilities and free Wi-Fi access, which was a nice touch.

The rooms were pretty cramped and uncomfortable. The beds and pillows felt very hard, and the couches were worn and not very pleasant to sit on.

We met with relatives at the property so it was priced to cater to most budgets. It had a relaxing ambience and is close to many wineries and places of interest.

Room was tight for 3 of us and would always be if the 3rd person's bed is always in there.
